Why is social media important for my business?
It’s a fact of life, now more than ever – if your business isn’t plugged into social media, you’re seriously missing out. The reality is that most of the planet is online and that’s why you need to be online too.
And despite the proliferation of the ‘selfie’, social media isn’t just about self promotion – it’s about sharing news, insights, asking for opinions and inviting comments. It’s a two way conversation with your customers, clients or followers.
Think of it as reaching out to give your followers a regular tickle behind the ears if you will.
But if people like your product, service, widget – whatever it is, and love the service they’ve received, chances are they’ll tell people via their networks. Like word of mouth but online.
Wouldn’t you like a piece of that?
